Chimmys Dinner Menu is certainly taste-sensational! It as been designed exclusively by our Head Chef, Mounir who has trained under the very best Chef's in France!

Choose from Starters such as middle eastern rose water Labneh & house made hummus with pita bread; or char-grilled Chorizo & Calamari salad w roquette, sundried tomatoes & kalamata olives.

Main Dishes feature meals such as; slow-cooked, caramelised crispy Pork Belly seasoned with fennel & sea salt, served with apple, celery & sweet mustard house made sauce; or Breast of Chicken cordon bleu stuffed with goats cheese, garlic & herbs served with French fries & green salad; or Linguini with tiger prawns, garlic & mascarpone with herbs, chilli-lime sauce; just to name a few.

Mounir has also created some very special Dinner Desserts which includes the very indulgent Chocolate Fondant served with warm decadent chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream; or perhaps the Chef's own family-recipe of trio of Creme Brulee; these and others are simply delicious!
