Victorian Baking Industry Association Winners
In Oct 2009 our Head French Pastry Chef, Laetitia Bremaud was awarded 8 (yes, that’s right - eight!) FIRST PRIZE Awards for the Victorian Baking Industry Association which is an annual Baking Competition within the industry. Laetitia was judged best in class for a number of categories, even taking one home for the Best Overall in the Pastry Class. Congratulations are definitely in order for Laetitia! (Awards as pictured). |
